Excellent waiter
Our waiter, Rudolph. What a great man. He really took care of us and went out of his way. Thank you for your excellent service. I will definitely be back with hopes he is my waiter again

Pathetic service
When we arrived at ***alle the service started off great. The waiter brought for us soup and was quick with our order. Unfortunately the soup was cold and bread was hard. I didn’t even eat it We ordered a honey cake to share which was extremely dry. When we were ready to pay, we asked for the bill and waited over 10min for someone to bring it to us. We were annoyed at this point and just wanted to leave. The restaurant was empty so there’s no excuse. For a restaurant that deems to prestige they aren’t all that great.

Terrible service. Wouldn't go back
We went for lunch today at mugg and bean at the greenery, Polokwane. The service was absolutely pathetic. We waited over 30min for our food. When we requested another s**** for our soup from thr manager, David, he said "there's a s****" referring to the one on our table. Im disgusted. #BlackFriday

Woolworths Cafe = trashy
I’m utterly disgusted with the service at the Woolworths Cafe at Mall of the North, Polokwane. We waited for so long to get help. All the waiters were either no where to be seen or talking amongst themselves. The cafe was empty so there was no excuse. When we eventually got help, our waiter was extremely rude. I asked her if it is possible for a certain coffee to be iced and she said I should do it myself if i want it that way. On top of that, the glass that was given to us for water smelt like eggs. We couldn’t even use it. I’m honestly disappointed and expected better.

Great experience
I have bought for Zis Studio a few times and the quality of their scarves and dresses are amazing. The lady who owns the business is very helpful and her prices are affordable

Standard Beauty - worth it
I bought a couple of skin products recently from Standard Beauty and I received the greatest service and products. I’ve seen great improvement with the eye cream and face wash even though I only used the products a few times. Would definitely recommend! #Blackfriday

Mugg & Bean
The service at the new Mugg & Bean at The Greenery , Polokwane was atrocious. We didn’t get menus for 10 minutes and our order was only taken 20min after getting our order no matter how many times we called the waiter. #BlackFriday

Lovisa Piercings
I pierced my ears about 3 weeks ago at Lovisa, Mall of the North, Polokwane. After a week of following all the cleaning steps told to me by the lady who pierced my ears, my piercing got severely infected and the earring got embedded in my earlobe. It was so severe that I had to be rushed to the ER. A week later, I woke up with my other earring embedded in my earlobe. I’m honestly so disgusted that this could happen even after following all the instructions told to me by the Lovisa worker. Many people have told me that they had the same experience at Lovisa when it came to piercings.

Palomino Spur
The services at the Palomino Spur Welcome Centre in Sun City was pathetic. The Spur was empty and the had multiple waiters on the floor yet it was difficult to get someone to serve us. Don’t even get me started on the speed of the kitchen. If i could give it zero stars I would.

Service sucks ass
If i could rate it 0 stars i would have. It took almost 2 hours for our below par sushi to arrive. terrible service and a very poor experience
