Defamation of financial profile/credit record
Please do not get blood tests done at this place. Their accounts department are totally disconnected & unprofessional. I paid my account fully, yet they handed me over to attorneys and did not bother to give a status update to attorneys or ITC. Now the credit bureau is on my case for commission fees? Ampath do NOT care about people or their credit scores. They are treating people like ********s. I will never go there ever again. If I can select 0 stars, I would have.

Do Not Bother with ABSA BANK
Very poor Service. Waiting at the 'Customer Service" counter for 45 minutes, just to pick up my credit card. When I specifically asked the credit card to be delivered at a specific branch - they did not do so. Eventually coming to the service consultant - and he is saying it is at another branch in town, and willl take 3-5 days to be delivered at the branch I requested. Only to people at the customer service counters...NO SERVICE. The other consultant was busy with 1 lady from before I arrived at the bank. No 'fast que' just to collect a credit card. Nobody to greet you at the door, and redirect you for your business like other banks. I told the person that was helping me, it is terrible terrible service to wait for so long, and then not even being helped. When I took my ID and got up to leave...he spoke in his language and laugh out loud with the colleague next to him. THINKING OF CHANGING BANKS. I have to repair my windscreen also, and since my car insurance is with Absa Activate - I heve sent like 10 emails, requesting the procedure to claim for this... NO REPLY.

Dental Lab Nelspruit not up to standard.
This laboratory made a denture for me, that was not fitting my teeth at all. The denture has been changed and bend more than once by the dentist, to 'make it fit'. A family member with the same dentist - is waiting over a year for her permanent denture as this same laboratory keeps on making mistakes and have to send back. Please make sure when you visit a dentist that they are not contracted with Expodent Dental Lab.

Bad service.
The dentist had to get me some quotes on treatments. I waited since May and followed up with the receptionist on 29 June 2021...until this day, nobody has come back to me. More than 4 months I have been waiting without any feedback. Please make sure that you reconsider, before trying to get service from this practice.
