Vodacom network team doesn't work weekends?
Hi, to whom it may concern. I have had network issues the whole week on my 10mbps vodacom router contract. On weekends vodacom network support dont work how is this even realistic.

Poor leather quality for price
Hi, I bought a Nissan at Roodeport which moved to Little Falls in 2022. I paid an additional 10k for leather but the leather is already tearing.

Printed incorrect date on certificate after years requesting certificate
To whom it may concern, I recently requested a certificate (I had to log a hello Peter complaint) from the school and they printed a wrong date on the certificate. Student finished 2020 but the certificate has a 2022 date and stamp. I'm disappointed in this schools administration.

No ones clued up
Nissan Qashqai bought on 23 March 2024at Nissan Menlyn, Pretoria. Ever since the car has been bought we have been complaining about the tyre pressure sensor. We complained to the sales person several times, even took it to Nissan Mafikeng but they couldnt resolve the issue and were rather rude and dismissive stating they cant help we need to take it to where we bought it. We are told to contact Nissan national, also informed to take the car to Pretoria. Unfortunately with a faulty tyre pressure sensor, we are not comfortable in doing so. Havent had any joy from both Nissan branches.

Extra view not working for 6 months
To whom it may concern, My mother has been paying extra view for years and the last 6months its not working. She's reported the matter to Jhb and Mafikeng branch but she hasnt been helped. Acc 44082900.

Failed to change debit order date
To someone who cares, this is the second review I'm writing regarding debit not going through although I requested them to change. In short requested debit order change for my homeloan to the 20th and again like my vehicle finance I am being failed by the bank I've been using for more than a decade.

Debit order date change
To whom it may concern, I recently requested a debit order date change for my vehicle finance from the 15th to the 20th but I was debited and obviously I didn't have money in the account, obviously they are going to charge me interest.

3d secure not working due to contact detail change
To whom it may concern, Last year while booking for airport transfer/shuttle via absa travel and Lifestyle Concierge service my contact details were changed on my 3d secure, for OTP confirmation from 9638 to 9658. I emailed them but no one seems accountable.
