Theu charge more than double for ticks, ticks are not immediately available. Hidden charges and poor communication from agents. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. ONCE TICKS ARE BOUGHT YOU ARE STUFFED AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU.
I was charged twice for the same order. Its been 7 days and the issue is still not resolved. They keep on telling me that it's only a payment hold but both payments went off my account. I do not get proper feedback on when this will be resolved. This is absolutely pathetic.
If i could i would rate no start! They have been double debiting my account for 6 months. It's been a 3 minth headache to get this sorted and still no feedback. I'm at a point where i want to get my lawyers involved. I stopped my debit order and now i receive calls from them on a daily basis asking me to pay my account. I have a 12 month contract and they have been double debiting me for 6 months so in theory, my contract should be paid up. I have a legal binding contract with then but they dont seem to give a sh@#t! Maybe getting the lawyers involved is the best way to go about this.
I've been a client of Miway for years and i have never claimed a sent from them. I then had an accident and damaged the front right suspension and control arm system. I then took the car to ford as it is a ford brand for a full assessment. I then had to drive to different service centers only for them to tell me they can not cover the damage. Weeks went by then a consultant in the legal department phoned me and asked me to send him some details. After explaining to him the situation he promised to raise this query and someone will contact me. Weeks again went by and I phoned in to find out the status of the claim. Still showing processed om their system. The guy i spoke to then escalated the matter to management. Its been another few weeks and still no feedback from Miway. I am shocked in the terrible service i am receiving. I considered insuring my other car through Miway but there is no way I can do that aftwr the bad taste.
I wish I could post no star because they don't even deserve one star. Paid for my router 3 weeks ago and the sim didn't want to connect, they then swopped out my sim and still not working. Managers phoned me and don't even know what is going on on my account. I have to follow-up with them everyday and they just not bothered to get back to me. I am still sitting with no connectivity. I requested that they refund my account I was simply told that the refund will take 12 days so either I wat for them to sort it out or wait 12 days for my money. This is ridiculous!!!
Tshepiso was very helpfull. She went out of her way to assist me and got back to me everytime as promised. She really looks after her customers and she provides a great service
