Five-star experience! I made a mistake and ordered the incorrect part for my refrigerator. The team at Appliance Parts S.A made the entire correction process seamless. From the inquiry to the collection of the wrong item and the delivery of the replacement, everything was professional. Their email communication is also exceptionally efficient and fast. I will definitely use them again!
I am so disappointed with the service I received regarding my recent online order O1856019335. I received my item and it was damaged. I reported the issue last Friday as soon as I got the order and sent the requested photos, but despite multiple follow ups, I have received no feedback. I was given different stories by different consultants and today I was told nothing was even escalated to the warehouse. The mug was also poorly packaged with no bubble wrap, which likely caused the damage. I have already placed a new order and hope it will be packaged properly this time.(O1893170848) Calling customer care has not helped so I hope this message reaches the right department.
I placed my game order on August 1, 2024, and received it on the same day. The service was incredibly efficient and timely. The driver, Wandile, was exceptionally friendly and made the delivery experience pleasant. Communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. I placed an order with you guys for the Rock the daises vase. I was utterly disappointed when it arrived today. The actual flower arrangement looks nothing like the picture displayed on the website..You guys should update the pictures on your website so that we can have a true reflection of what to expect.
