From the time that Vox reported a faulty fibre line to Vuma on my behalf it took Vuma Less than an hour to reach out to me and arrange a technician to inspect the system. I was up and running within 3 hours and that is remarkable.
The way they treatet my boy during his stay there earned them the 5 stars I'm giving them. Thanks
Your request for authorization has been declined. Wouldnt pay a penny towards a surgery. Defeats the purpose of having a medical aid.
I had the DB Box replaced in my house to make space for a timer and to tidy everything up. The electricians that worked at my place was professional, friendly and their work was of a high standard.
