I got charged twice for one order that I never received and tried to report the matter on email got an automated response can i please receive both my refund

Defy fridge Customer complain
I bought a fridge at Cash Converters, Carnival Mall on the 4th of October 2025 and the told us if the fridge gave us any problems we should tell them and the will bring someone to check for us and we did that and they never call we even should them pictures

Not delivered
I ordered an Oder for R278 I was waiting for the order at the gate then it said delivered but the driver never contacted or arrived. I tried to go to customer support but they said they can’t give a refund. I need to be assisted because someone can’t just not deliver food paid for then the money or food just dissapears not received
