Excellent service they proactive and return calls if it happens your line disconnect
I have a decoder insurance and my decoder was proken when I send through a claim I'm advised of a period of about two weeks waiting period that is nonsense the decoder is not worth that waiting period That time I paid for my dstv premium for the month what about the two weeks I won't have access to my decoder. This is soo unacceptable
They tempered with the electricity and eskom fined me a bill they refused to pay the manager Daniel was rude and does not care.
My experience with Rain has been so bad the network is poor and as they claim no contracts it's a lie got a Sim from them and monthly money was going out from my account. I cancelled the Sim and still they are still debiting money from my account which is not fair so I will not recommend any one to use rain. Whoever the is a sales person who is always pro active her assistance is out of this world Thulisile she assisted me several times unfortunately she is not dealing with accounts. NO contracts story it's a lie.
