I’ve been a loyal Telkom customer for years, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I requested a call-back through your website regarding one of your home fibre deals and received a call later that day from a lady who said she’d handle the sale. I was even given a reference number — but since then, nothing. No follow-up email, no SMS, no confirmation. I’ve tried calling Telkom more than 10 times over the past week, and still, no one has been able to assist. There’s no fibre deal showing on my account, and to make matters worse, the reference number I was given appears to be ****. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
