TELKOM SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE TILL NOW I STRUGGLE TO GET MY ACCOUNT SORTED AND STILL WAITING FOR THE FREE PHONE THEY PROMISE
BEING A CUSTOMER FOR 4YEARS THIS IS THE WORST THAT CAN HAPPEN TO ME. I RENEWED MY CONTRACT AND ALSO TOOK DEVICE INSURANCE THE QUOTE I WAS GIVEN DIDN'T CORRESPOND SO I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE INSURANCE IN 5DAYS THE COOL OFF PERIOD IS 30 DAYS. THE CONSULTANT WARNED ME THAT THE INSURANCE COULD STILL BE DEDUCTED SO I LEFT INSUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT. I AM CALLING FOR THE LAST WEEK TO ASK THE ACCOUNTS DEPT TO REMOVE THE INSURANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH NO SUCCESS. THE UPGRADE ALSO CAME WITH A FREE PHONE OF WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE. NOW THEY HAND ME OVER TO A LAWYER FOR ONLY ONE MONTH THAT I DIDN'T PAY. THE SERVICE IS SO BAD. I WANT TO PAY BUT THEY NEED TO REMOVE THE INSURANCE CAUSE I CANCEL IT AND I WANT MY FREE PHONE INSURANCE COST ALMOST R900.
i have no words to express my anger/bad service from Assupol Life. On the 22/03/2023 I send a email to them requesting for the No CLAIM BONUS. One months later no feedback called everyday the phones don't get answered. I spoke to Johnson Mabena he promise to find out what happen also a dead end. On the 25th I went to withdraw money and at that moment the power cut and I only received R500 but withdraw R2000. I was so worried and couldn't even sleep that night. I phoned Capitec and within 48 hours my R1500 was paid into my account. Thank you Capitec. Shereen Southon

I AM SO UPSET A WEEK AGO I WENT TO ABSA TO ASK THEM FOR A 3 MONTH BREAK AND THEY REFUSE. I NEVER SKIP MY MONTHLY PREMIUM. MY PAYMENT GO OFF VIA DEBIT ORDER SO ON THE 25TH THERE WAS A EXTRA R1037 DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I PHONED ABSA AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE MONEY IS FOR CAR INSURANCE. I AM ALREADY COVERED WITH MIWAY WHO GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO DEDUCT THAT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. THERE IS OTHER ACCOUNTS I NEED TO PAY. I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF ABSA AGAIN. CAN I TAKE ACTION AGAINST. MY CONTACT IS 0680969845
