I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding my We Buy Cars vehicle loan application. From the start this application has been a nightmare to say the least. I sent my documents right away and was told I needed to send me 6 months personal bank statements (which I sent from the beginning also with my business bank statements). I then resent the personal bank statements 4 times and eventually the agent called me on 16 January (her name is Kgomosto so from the Britts De Witt branch). Kgomotso said she now sees the bank statements and will process the application. Keep in mind that I sent EVERYTHING on the 5th already when I made the application but she did not bother opening all of the attachments as if she did she would have seen that everything was there. Later that same day Kgomotso called to say she also needs an updated accountants letter. I then sent the requested letter on 22 January. I have had to pay my accountant for this letter by the way. I called on 23 January to confirm if everything was now in order and was assisted by Gladys who said she sees the accountant letter now and would reopen the application so that it could be processed. I had not heard anything so I called this morning and was told that both cases were now CLOSED. I then ask why and the agent from the call center told me that they are waiting for the accountants letter. I then ask the agent if she could re-open the application and she told me THEY DO NOT ASSIST SELF EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS??? What the hell is going on Capitec?? This is all extremely disappointing and I am beyond frustrated after spending a lot of time and MONEY getting the required documents in order. Capitec PLEASE HELP ME SORT THIS COMPLETE MESS OUT URGENTLY.

Nedbank double debited me. When I spoke to an agent he was rude and started getting aggressive with me. It was a simple request that has bow turned into am aggressive, heated encounter. Who do you think you are to treat customers like this? The agents name is Zach Molefe
Called the call center for assistance with a debit order that was incorrectly debited from my account. The consultant laughed at me when I asked if I could reverse it and when I asked for her name she ignored me an put the phone down. I called back and spoke to a gentleman named Thobile who told me he is unable to trace the call and tell me who I spoke to? What on earth ingoing on Nedbank????
I would like to express my appreciation for the fantastic service I have received from Register Domain and in particular Chad from Customer Support on various different occasions now. He is precise, efficient and professional. Above all he genuinely seems enthusiastic & happy to help me resolve my issues. I have started moving all of my clients over to Register Domain since dealing with him because I know I am in good hands. Thank you Chad & Register Domain SA and keep up the good work.
On Friday night I was alerted of suspicious activity on my Nedbank business account via SMS. I called Nedbank customer care department immediately and a gentleman named Siya assisted me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and resolved my issue right away. Thank you Siya for the awesome experience
I had a shocking experience at Builders Norwood yesterday. All staff from the security guard in front to the lady I asked for help finding something, to the gentleman who cut wood for me, even the cashier! All had a terrible attitude and seemed irritated that I asked for their help. What kind of store do you people think you are running? This is the worst managed Builders I have ever come across by far. All others have been pleasant to deal with. I live in the area and have raised this with the community and I have received a lot of feedback with community members experiencing the same thing. I have also previously addressed this issue with the branch manager but obviously he is not competent enough to resolve this. I do not want to speak to the branch manager again. Please put me in touch with his superiors.
I had a disgusting experience at the Builders Express in Norwood on 12/02/2023. The gentleman behind the counter in isle 30 was exceptionally rude. I asked him if he could help me find pvc trunking as I could not find it and when he pointed it he said "how can you not see it". I have never been to this branch before and I will never go again. I guess this kind of service is exactly why Leroy Merlin is doing so well. If you hate your job then you should go find another!!!!
I submitted a claim 2 weeks ago. To this day I have not received a reply, not even an email to say that are working on it, simply nothing. I have followed up numerous times. I have never claimed from Fedhealth before. I have always paid my premiums on time but now that it comes to them paying out they completely ignore me. This is the worst service I have received from a medical aid scheme. This is the one insurance that you need to have trust in, what will happen if you are in an emergency and these people just ignore you as well. I would advise anyone who is thinking of signing up with Fedhealth to STAY FAR AWAY!!! I will be posting this review on every social media platform I can and I will be taking this matter up as high as it can go. They should NOT be allowed to treat their customers like this.
Took out a contract and never actually went to the gym. Since then I have had endless difficulties with cancelling. SAYA recoveries have threatened to blacklist me if I do not pay the cancellation fee of R4,100. I have been paying Saya Recoveries however Planet Fitness is also debiting me which I cannot reverse. Signing up with Planet Fitness was the biggest mistake I have ever made!!!!
