My account was debited in April with the full ammount of R7018 where as they were only supposed to debit me R4282 contacted them with them requesting me to submit bank details for the refund. After submitting bank details to them still no refund paid. Again my account was debited in may with R7018 which wasnt supposed to be debited as my account is at zero with confirmation that my account is closed. When you call the call centre there is no professionalism staff laughing in the background and would rather finish their conversation than attend to the customer Very disappointed with planet 42 and raising a complint to the NCR
Its now day 3 where i called the debit order department but when i select the option that i need its state that the service is unavailable. When calling the call centre, they put me thru to the debit order department, the phones ring with no answer or i get cut off. I want to revers and stop debit orders as other arrangements where made
