Not even half a Star do they deserve? They do not care about an aftersale nor retaining customers, My nephew was sold a perfume which he was buying as a gift for my sister for mother's day. He was explicitly clear that the purchase is a gift. He bought Dior Gris and they did not tell.him or the disclaimer that he cannot exchange if there are any issues. Whixh I think he would have made a better decisions, I also presumed that the staff is trained well to advise that you cannot test a perfume that you ate buying for someone because the body acidity differes from person to person of which I think the young lady would have made a better conscious decision and perhaps purchase a voucher knowing once you buy you can't come back. The perfume got home and it does not smell after use it dies down. We immediately called and we were told too bad. I took the perfume back asking that they exchange it as its its not smelling it does down after a while I mean a 6thousand Rands worth of a perfume should be performing better. What was shocking was the response.of their GM Armene Anders whose response was very condescending I must say she refused to meet me halfway and exchange a perfume for another mean we were not asking dorniut money back nit a better and more suitable perfume but no she was quick to say "fetch the perfume we will organize a complimentary gift for you upon collection" realy??? oh and if not happy with the response shooo take it up with our head office in Paris" the Hell ? How about you exchange the perfume and forget about the complimentary gift? She said they tested the perdume at their lab Md it meets ota performance according to their standards. Ok i wondered was ot even tested No scientific or Lab report was given to me amd if it does meet the standard they could possible use it as a tested and fool more people isn't it? And talimg to my nephew it felt as if he was pushed towards making that choice for a purchase I am now wondering did they know and perhaps eere strategic by selling him that getting rid of their stock? I'm beyond Dissapointed such a Big international brand to treat their customers like they have with me. I AM DISGUSTED... Please advise what other channels or board that I can complain to?
