I’ve been using Dior most of life and since it landed on our s****s. I bought most of the Dior products through a patient, now retired. I went today to get a sample of a foundation, different from my usual Dior foundation. I need to try this on my skin being a different formula from my usual one. Not only was the sales person unfriendly, she refused to even listen to what I had to say. Her answer was a decisive ‘no’ and that was it. Not interested in suggestions at all. Furthermore I was told that I had to book a consult with her so she could do my make up before buying the foundation. Honestly? Dior, is this how you treat your decades long clients? Not happening! Unfriendly, uppity and deliberate unhelpful behaviour by your staff is not going to keep me shopping there, sorry

I purchased a Dior liner and it did not work from onset I took it back numerous times and I was unable to get assistance It’s been going on for over two years and I’m so fed up as the item was pricy, the consultant at gateway did admit that it was a manufacturing defect but would not let me even send it in for testing. I feel if this is the after sales service of Dior I will not be supporting it.

We purchased a Dior Hypnotic Poison perfume. The quality of the perfume is terrible. The perfume does not last as long as they used to. It's very disappointing to pay about R 3,000 and the quality has deteriorated from how Dior used to manufacture them.

The best makeup brand to buy is DIOR. Unfortunately the shopping experience is terrible! Dior does not replenish stock at their actual stores nor do they care to replenish online stock. I called all the stores in JHB/PRETORIA (willing to drive to them to purchase) and none of them have foundation or concealer in my shade (a very popular shade). A common naturals eyeshadow pallet and blush is also unavailable for extended time frames. The most common stuff women need like foundation and concealer (in the correct shade) should always be available as this is whats makes the “FACE OF DIOR”.

Bought a **** Elixir Sauvage perfume in March 2023. This expensive perfume hardly lasts 3 hours on either my skin or clothes, the projection and sillage is zero. I returned this bottle to them in May and upto now they haven't resolved this issue and they are busy defending their underperforming and super expensive Elixir. Will never buy any Dior product again due to their lack of Customer Care knowledge.

Both attendants today (Friday 19 August 2022) at Dior Edgars, Sandton City Mall, Johannesburg were emphatic that all Dior make-up is "natural". In other words, it is fragrance-free and any fragrant scent is inherent in the ingredient/s used. One of the attendants pointed out that if there was fragrance (perfume) in their products it would be listed as an ingredient but since it isn't, it is not. When I asked for a detailed list of ingredients I was told that the store does not have this information. I was led to believe a lie that Dior Forever Natural Nude and Dior Forever Skin Glow do not contain fragrance (perfume) when in fact they do and IT IS listed right there on the packaging for everyone, including their staff to read. What kind of high end make-up brand does not properly train their staff and provide them with proper product information? I do not wear perfume on my face as it can aggravate my hyper-***mentation and irritate my eyes. It is both irresponsible and misleading to the extent that a false advertising claim could be lodged. Shame on you Dior South Africa!

almost 2 weeks ago i was promised my refund on an item the store did not have , refund was supposed to take 3 to 7 days , i am still awaiting my refund . when we purchase we have to pay upfront. now it seems like they happy sitting with the clients money. disgusting , disgraceful and dishonorable of Dior SA, this after repeated calls and emails , i for one will never deal with Dior SA online again

Not even half a Star do they deserve? They do not care about an aftersale nor retaining customers, My nephew was sold a perfume which he was buying as a gift for my sister for mother's day. He was explicitly clear that the purchase is a gift. He bought Dior Gris and they did not tell.him or the disclaimer that he cannot exchange if there are any issues. Whixh I think he would have made a better decisions, I also presumed that the staff is trained well to advise that you cannot test a perfume that you ate buying for someone because the body acidity differes from person to person of which I think the young lady would have made a better conscious decision and perhaps purchase a voucher knowing once you buy you can't come back. The perfume got home and it does not smell after use it dies down. We immediately called and we were told too bad. I took the perfume back asking that they exchange it as its its not smelling it does down after a while I mean a 6thousand Rands worth of a perfume should be performing better. What was shocking was the response.of their GM Armene Anders whose response was very condescending I must say she refused to meet me halfway and exchange a perfume for another mean we were not asking dorniut money back nit a better and more suitable perfume but no she was quick to say "fetch the perfume we will organize a complimentary gift for you upon collection" realy??? oh and if not happy with the response shooo take it up with our head office in Paris" the Hell ? How about you exchange the perfume and forget about the complimentary gift? She said they tested the perdume at their lab Md it meets ota performance according to their standards. Ok i wondered was ot even tested No scientific or Lab report was given to me amd if it does meet the standard they could possible use it as a tested and fool more people isn't it? And talimg to my nephew it felt as if he was pushed towards making that choice for a purchase I am now wondering did they know and perhaps eere strategic by selling him that getting rid of their stock? I'm beyond Dissapointed such a Big international brand to treat their customers like they have with me. I AM DISGUSTED... Please advise what other channels or board that I can complain to?
