I’ve been without WiFi for 7 weeks and this has been extremely frustrating. I requested a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, I keep getting passed around—from Zoom support to Tech5—without any clear solution or accountability. The lack of communication and proper assistance is unacceptable. I just want this resolved or my refund processed as requested.
I went to sportscene on the 6 December 2021 on Monday one of the staff was rude to me and other customer he was drunk during working hours ,I've tried to report to his supervisor lindo nothing has happen we didn't get even an apology from them that guy was busy shouting as on the floor he was telling as the way his internal customer he knows his right if we want to report him we must do as we please he doesn't care .
I bought the Defy fridge at ok in 2018 installment and it has extended guarantee...the fridge is over freezing I went to ok furniture shop to report the fridge they make booking at defy to come and check the fridge in February this year 2021 they send 5/6 technician to check the fridge but non of them has fixed my fridge instead they dont reply to ok furniture what should they do ...defy service is very poor
