As a paying member belonging to the Motor Industry Workshop Association ( MIWA / RMI). I was in need of some labour assistance from a representative for my first time in 15 years, I called MIWA and I was directed to their IR Specialist, Mrs Thenjiwe Hugo. I made contact with her 4 weeks before the sit-down, explained the case and She requested I send the case file to her, which I sent the same day. In the following days, every time I contacted her (12 times), she said she was busy and would get back to me. I understand people forget sometimes but In the final days before the hearing, I made contact again & she said she is up to date with the case and would meet me at the DRC in Witbank. Thenjiwe Hugo never pitched at the hearing on the day and ignored all my calls and messages, leaving me stranded and without representation on the hearing day and without any prior warning or notice. This was so so unprofessional. The fees we pay to these structures cost alot of money, so I'm very disappointed in MIWA's choice of IR Specialist. I would not recommend anyone to use their legal services. You will be left out to dry.
