Exhuasted client
They sold me a faulty car in September they told me to take it to the ne****t Mercedes Benz dealership which is Polokwane. The dealership gave a quote of what is wrong with the car it seems they didnt want to pay for the work to be done. they then took the car i still do not have the car that im paying for next week will be the 3rd month without this car. They all giving me the run around no one is able to give me an ETA of when im getting my car back. They rented me a toyota corolla imagine while im paying them for a mercedes GLE. No one even has the decency to contact me and give me feedback im the one following up like im in the wrong which makes me feel like they knew they were selling me a faulty car.

***** Dispute
Im writing this review very disappointed with Vodacom in June i noticed an amount going off my account from vodacom when enquiring about it to my surprise i was told i have 2 contracts that i opened with Vodocom, They told me to send an email to the ***** department which i did on the 19 June and got an auto reply with a reference and that i will receive feedback within 7-14 days. Guess what no feedback has been received and Vodacom took my money again. I have indicated that i have a prepaid with Vodacom for more than 10 years now and do not wish for any contract with them. I currently do not even know the cellphone number im disputing.

Terrible Service
I am a victim of fraud someone took out 2 contracts under my names in December at MTN after realising an unknown debit order from my bank account seeing the reference as MTN i called MTN on the 3rd of January 2022 and enquired. I was told to send through an affidavit and copy of ID i did that on the 4th of January at an MTN store at Mall of the North given 2 reference numbers I have since been enquiring about the progress being told its under investigation. Today 23 March i am being told that my 2 reference numbers have nothing attached so i need to resend the affidavit and ID copy to them i did that and i was given another reference. My account is being debited while it takes time to investigate.
