Pathetic service

I have transfered monies on my friends capitec account that's linked to a her cellphone number thats s no longer linked with her account and she changed the account number as well, cellphone number still belongs to her. I've logged in a complain already with capitec till now still waiting for feedback a Ref number that was given is not working

insurance added with out permission

My name is Zelda Kafi , Im so disgusted with their service of multichoice ,my mother has an account number *** her name is Monica Funiswa Kafi and has 2 decoders that she is paying r140.00 each which r280 for both .recently when my sister went to pay she was advised to pay over r700.00 and when querying with them i was advised that the are couple of funeral covers that is added on her account which i failed to understand on how was insurance activated on her account as she is no longer used the cellphone number linked to to her account .as for multichoice shared my mother's information with the third party which is against popi act . i called mullti choice yesterday the 30/03/2025 and spoke one of the consultant and was advised that insurance will be cancelled and all charges will be reversed and call in again today and spoke to Busie ref a***i3884 and she advised that i need to call insurance and she refused to transfer call to one on the superiors as they were busy with calls

pathetic and horrobile service

this is the the 3rd review ,i can actually say that alex forbes consultants are so *********** ,i submitted a claim on the 09/09/2024 and has been forever on verification and i have been calling and be told about the 20 day turn around time only the eventually i was asked to send 3 months bank statement and after a week i was advised to go and updated my banking details to my married surname as it was still on my ****en surname . Ive sent my bank statement last week already today i receive an email stating payment has been rejected due to the surname not corresponding

my name is Zelda Kafi Pantsi this is the second review and since the 03/10/2024 i have been awaiting for Alexander Forbes to investigate and get back to as per claim that was lodged on the 09/09/2024 and still on verifying status . i call them and they confirmed that documents was received .

pathetic service

my name is Zelda kafi ,i have lodge in a claim on the 09/09/2024 for my 2 pot still today the claim is still on verifying status ,i have been calling and sending emails and eventually i was told to documents which are my marriage certificate and my id of which i don't understand why as they have been getting my money every month on my ****en surname and no one ever question my marriage status . from all the hustle i also want to give compliment to Thando from all the consultants that i spoke to she tried her best to assist even though I'm still waiting for my money .

Im so frustrated with the service i got from rain being their loyal customer ,since Sunday until today we don't have network when i called their customer service i was advised that the towers are down for 3 days and Im expected to pay the full amount at the of the month .

My name is zelda Kafi my sister bough furniture from ok Khayelitsha furniture on the 23/05/2024 that was supposed to be inter branch to OK furniture in Queenstown up until today we still waiting for confirmation that items has been delivered .We have phone the company and we have been sent to pillar to post and no one is giving us answers

good day my name is Zelda Kafi ,i have lodged in a claim for loss/****** cellphone on the 02/05/2024 @ foschini Golden Acre until today i have not receive any feedback . i even sent an mail in regards up until today none has gotten back to me . I worked from home thrice a week so now i can not hence i dont have a cellphone

horrible and pathentic service

Good day My name is Zelda Kafi and id number on the 09/06/2023 today I was at Spitz in Cape Town store to pay my account but did not have my card as I was ****** . The consultants from store were very helpful and they have to call the head office to link the card what horrible and pathetic service I received from your call center , the first consultant that I spoke to was also helpful but the second consultant dropped the phone my ear and the 3rd one put me on hold as I requested to speak to the supervisor and the 4th on tried to assist but she did not come right the call was dropped and store had to phone again . The last one I spoke to was Londiwe refused to assist without authenticating the account of which is **** because I’ve been in the same store for almost an hour trying to pay the account . I need someone to assist and my account will not fall in arrears due to your staff *********** . I mean call Centre /customer service should be the face of the company but yours are the toes of your company ,no telephone etiquette no empathy it’s more like they are programmed to follow the script they cannot used their own initiative at all . I requested to be called by the supervisor and even sent an email complaining about the service even to day no correspondence .
