So first you forces me to sell my crypto at a loss (or loose it when you close my account in 3 days). Now on the day of the "closure of my account" you say sorry the email was sent in error!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????? @$#^!@!#*/*/ you!
My account was again closed without any reason!!!!! The second time…!!!
Took my mothers money for a Compact Plus subscription - worked for one night. Holding for 20 minutes the support just hang up on me.....
Why was my one account status changed from "Premier cheque account" without my consent or knowledge? Please change it back!

I was upgraded to private clients card on Friday WITHOUT me authorising or asking for it .... I already phoned (held the line 40minutes) and complained here on Friday 4 Dec. FNB "High Priority Complaint ref 2358461..... It is now Tuesday.... I cancelled the cards.... my autopayment reset.... my ebucks level will be affected as well.... Its now Tuesday morning 9:40. I have received NO call or feedback whatsoever.....
