Corlia is exceptionally helpful and efficient and assisted with resolving an issue another council consultant could not resolve in 7 months, yet with her it was resolved same day. Highly recommend!

Have logged multiple complaints on behalf of my boss re: poor wifi signal and dropping connectivity and worse signal since the beam migration, worse than before. Have asked for name and number of a responsible person to speak to on more than one occasion. Can not email or call anyone. No feedback regarding the connectivity and signal issues improving. Keep reporting but nothing gets done. Cannot provide any feedback to my boss who has two accounts with Morclick.
Very poor signal, even worse since the beam migration. No longer have a call centre number to phone, no longer have a customer care e-mail address to write to, only facility is whatsapp and the response time is very slow. I have been receiving multiple complaints from my boss about the poor signal and cannot provide any feedback as to whether it will be resolved. He has asked for a contact name and number of a person in charge to speak to, no response as of yet.
