Unprofessional and unfair customer service

Very unprofessional and rude service from the owner of this business. He treats customers with disrespect and does not accept any rules and policies from other companies (like insurance companies), except his own. Shouts at customers and do not listen to anything a customer has to say. He also imposes additional costs for storage while waiting for payment from the insurance company (30 days after invoice). He charges R600 per day for storage while waiting for payment and does not release the vehicle until payment is received. Had my Isuzu mu-X steering rack replaced and waited 6 weeks for the work to be done.

Webafrica

The service received from Webafrica, is pathetic, to say the least. Trying to get some assistance since 19 Feb 24 without any luck. When calling them, the only department available to talk to, is sales. All they answer you, is taht somebody will call you back. It has been a week now, and nobody has called back yet. On their Whatsapp line, it is no better. I was on their Whatsapp line since 7H30 this morning (it is 15h30 now) and still no reply. I spoke to the sales dept again, and asked to speak to the technical dept or the manager, or the CEO, or the CFO, but the response I received from the consultant was "No" and then he hang up. This is very poor customer service and will not recommend doing business with them.

Bad after sale service

No or very poor after sale service. They installed the curtains and we had problems from the start. We contacted them on several occasions to fix the curtains, but to no avail. Always had some excuse for the problems. Now, after 3 years of trying to solve the issues, they suddenly can fix it but I have to pay for the repairs. Please think very carefull before making use of them.

Price exploitation

I thought this company was christian based... Bible at R 2000.00 ea, but cost is R 330.00??? Coffee mugs for R 500.00 but cost is R 160.00???
