Very disappointed with the way MTN handled my contract account. I had been making payments via EFT because the bank account used for the debit order was suspended, yet they failed to match my payments correctly and sent my account to collections by mistake. Now I’m being told to pay R5040.00 because of an error that was not caused by me. This situation affected my progress badly because my WiFi was disconnected, and I could not do my work properly. Customers should not suffer because of administrative mistakes. My case number has been resolved: BO0183269 & BO0184761
I have been asking for my refund from the 25th till to this day ... both Intercape and Quick bus they lie to me about my refund
I feel completely ****med by Old Mutual. I trusted them with my hard-earned savings, thinking they were a reputable company, but I’ve been left disappointed and angry. What was promised to me when I signed up is not what I received. The returns were far below expectations, and the lack of transparency is shocking. I tried to get clarity multiple times, but all I got was the runaround and empty explanations. I honestly feel ******. Be very careful before you hand over your money to them.
They called me on Tuesday (02-07-2024) that they will come on Friday for installation, and I took a day off waiting for them but they didn't come, then on Tuesday the following week..... another technician called that he is on his way, and I left work to go and wait for him, but the technician didn't pitch yet again. Very poor service
You will never get your access money back with them... I never and they will only promise you lies
