We Buy Cars - Beware when you buy a car from them!!!
I bought a Suzuki Swift from We Buy Cars for R162,000. I put a deposit down of R100,000 so the balance should have been R62,000. When I phoned the finance company MFC to find out what my settlement was, it turned out that it was over R100,000. Unawares I signed for the following insurance which was never discussed with me because if it was, I would have declined it. They insured me for Dealer Rim & Tyres (The car did not even have rims), Dealer Scratch and Dent and Dealer Service plan. I complained and was refunded aprox a third of the insurance costs. This is despicable. I trusted them and wan nailed with huge additional costs.1 reply

Most Awful Experience Ever with Myway!
After a week of bad reviews to Myway, they have still not finalized our claim. Still in the dark and nobody gets in touch even after numerous messages and phone calls made by us. The most terrible experience ever!!! It's now been almost 8 weeks since our accident!!!1 reply

Bad Service... In fact NO SERVICE!!
The worse experience we've ever had with an insurance company!!! Had an accident 6 weeks ago and NO ONE has EVER contacted us... Oh sorry they did contact us twice to find out what happened with regards to the accident. The claim is still unsettled and in the meantime we are without transport!!2 replies
