ITS LITTLE BUT I NEED IT PAY ME
I save with paycurve through the company that lam working for , l had a crisis hence l had to request for a withdrawal of R400 that l have since been waiting for since two weeks ago , their policy says the payments are processed within 7 working days and we are post that . I then sent them an email to ask why an agent responded that they processed the payment on the 10th . Well l did not receive it and l need it .0 replies

So these people advertise falsely people pay for the product only to get in store and be told there is no stock we should take a cheaper product but they do not give the refund . Their phones are always off and wats up service is not responded to . I want my refund you nonsensical company0 replies

What Alex is doing to the first people who claimed is sad , l did my claim on the 6th of Sept to date it has not moved nor any communication was sent to us , this 20 days is bull**** as it is not applicable to everyone m***, Alex is a good to nothing company we have to struggle to get out monies1 reply

SARS not fair and just
Sars is a parasite they tax and when it comes to refund they will make a reason not to give you they send doc to verification and say all will be finalised in 21 days. Iam past 21 days going to second month no refund no communication. Very *********** and frustrating.0 replies

Its a pity that this two pot was planned ahead of time and Alex knew about it but all of a sudden their communication platform are closed l was holding for 40 mins till l dropped the call . I registered my claim 8 days ago and to date its not moving and no communication from them to tell me what is happening . their system is is not working . I blame myself from moving from Sanlam to this useless company .4 replies
