I have requested Fibre installation on 20 January 2023 with confirmation that all will be done before 30 January 2023. I had 4 phone calls where I answered and no one speaks. I have also tried to call from my side (087 700 5000) but it says that the number does not exist. On Friday 3 February 2023 I got a call where they requested a serial number of the box that is already installed in our complex. I advised I'm not currently home so if they can give me a call a bit later I will be able to provide them with the info, the consultant said he will arrange this. I never received another call again. He advised I should call 0877000777 or 087 700 5000 if there is no call, and once again both numbers does not exist when I try to call. If this is the service before a sale I don't want to know what it will be after a sale.
We are so disappointed in the service that we received from the Sausage Saloon at Silverstar. Our chicken and chips were raw and when we complained the manager refused to refund us.She said that we ate most of the chips therefore she will not refund us. We asked to speak to her manager and she rudely replied saying she is the manager. We left our food on the counter and she advised we should throw our food in the dustbin.This is definitely not an image that any restaurant would be proud off!
