I purchased the sleep zen headband, as it seemed to be the answer to what I wanted- a means to cancel light while listening to something to fall asleep. And indeed it was great for the first two weeks. After that, the speakers started to distort, and it simply got worse, to a point now that I can only use them for certain narrators on audiobooks for example. No good at all for music. My advice is to keep the recipe, but source better quality speakers.
On the 10th March just before 3pm I called to enquire about a triple debit order. I was kept on the line for 10 minutes- someone answered and said she would transfer me. another 7-8 mins later- another answerer, who simply put me on hold again with no explanation. Currently it has been another 15 minutes without interaction of any kind. Why do you continue to do this? there are thousands of one star reviews here- why do your agents continue to treat us like s**t? It is the worst kind or frustration when you are ignored- especially after having 3 debit orders taken off
