Debtbusters refuses to transfer my file and gives me the runaround when I call to speak with a supervisor. Now everything is in limbo. They are terrible and will just ***** you over. Stay away from debtbusters!!!</div>
This is honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with! I settled my Planet Fitness account in 2020, but every year at about the same time I start getting emails and messages from Landau that I owe them. Every time I send the proof of payment and correspondence and every time I'm promised that they will clear my name from their system. The Admin dpt from this company obviously is hired straight out of grade school with zero experience. Can somebody please close down these clowns for good!
3 Months since my vehicle accident and my claim hasn't been completed. Zero communication from santam and the panel shop they assigned is just as pathetic with zero communication from them either. Took the car there 3 times for an assessment because everytime the assessor has left the company and they don't keep record. Worst service I've ever experienced from an insurer
So after 5 weeks, we finally received an email from the cancelations departmentand after not even having a line installed at our new premises, they still want to charge us a clawback fee of R2700. So after having to pay R3000 for data, because of not having fibre (which we paid for), we are expected to pay a fee as well. Not only that, but the old line at our previous residence hasn't been canceled, so the tenants there has been unable to connect their fibre line and has been without internet as well. Supersonic is honestly the worst company I have ever come across!!!
This is my 3rd review of supersonic, because it seems that the only way they call me is if I leave a review here. So hi supersonic. This is me checking in to say that after my cancelation letter and phone calls, your circus of a cancelations department STILL has not responded to my cancelation request! Is everyone on leave, or on one looooong lunch break? You have reached a new level of pathetic!
So after 5 weeks of me making calls to supersonic after sending a cancelation email, someone FINALLY called back, BUT after me spending R2700 on data, PLUS my supersonic monthly fee (for a service I did not receive for the last 5 weeks), I am now expected to still pay my monthly fee, as well as a cancelation fee. Okay supersonic, so who is going to reimburse me for the data I had to pay extra? These people are a joke! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN CONSIDERING SUPERSONIC!
I sent a cancelation notice email on the 5th of this month and haven't even received any call back or email feedback from their cancelation department. Seems like even trying to cancel with these people is going to be a huge waiting process. STAY AWAY from this circus! They clearly don't have any clue as to what they are doing!

I work from home and when I moved to a new premises 5 WEEKS ago, I requested them to install a new fibre line and I am still waiting for them just to contact me. Numerous calls from my side, numerous emails incl. mails to their management and still nothing. Stay away from supersonic!! </div>
