I purchased an Oppo Reno 13 charger from AliExpress, delivered on 22 January 2026. The charger stopped working completely after only four months of normal use, in April 2026. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and durability of this product. A charger should last much longer than this, especially when advertised as original/high quality. To make matters worse, by the time the charger failed, the review and dispute options were no longer available on the platform, leaving me with no proper way to warn other buyers or seek assistance. Customers should be cautious when purchasing electronics from sellers on AliExpress, as product quality may not match what is advertised.
I recently purchased a brand new vehicle from Toyota Gezina and my experience has been extremely disappointing...... While travelling more than a week ago, I stopped to refuel in the middle of the night, only to discover that the fuel flap would not open.....For a brand new vehicle, this is unacceptable and it's definitely a factory fault.... I contacted Toyota Road Assistance and the consultant was rude and unhelpful during an already stressful situation..... The dealership advised that a cable needed to be ordered and that repairs would take 5 days....It has now been more than 5 days and the vehicle is still not fixed. I was not offered a courtesy car despite being unable to use a vehicle I am paying for... Communication has been poor , I am repeatedly told someone will call me back, but this does not happen.... Buying a new car should be a positive experience. Instead, I have been left inconvenienced and disappointed...

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with p PostNet . My brother sent me a parcel containing clothes for Heritage Day at PostNet in Silverton, Pretoria a week ago on Monday. Today, day before Heritage Day, I am still without the package, and worse yet, there has been no communication from PostNet about its whereabouts or any delay or even to say parcel has been received and sent, I had to keep calling them. I had trusted PostNet to handle this delivery reliably, but my trust has been shattered. The complete lack of communication and the failure to deliver on time has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I had hoped for a memorable Heritage Day celebration but now it feels marred by this experience. I will never use PostNet again and I urge others to exercise caution when relying on their services. Heritage Day is a time to celebrate our culture and heritage, but PostNet has left a sour taste in my mouth.
