I’m really disappointed with the delivery experience I had with my couch from Coricraft today. The delivery team arrived, but the driver immediately decided, just by looking, that the couch would not fit through the stairs or into my apartment. He did not properly attempt the delivery before making that conclusion. What frustrated me most was that I had to repeatedly ask him to at least try. Instead of attempting different methods or listening to suggestions, he kept finding reasons why it wouldn’t work. He even suggested that I buy a smaller couch, which was unfair considering I followed all the required measurements before purchasing. I have also successfully moved larger furniture into my apartment before, including my bed, because previous delivery teams actually made an effort to get the items inside. A delivery service should at least make a genuine attempt before deciding something cannot be done. In this case, it felt like the decision had already been made before trying, and that left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. What makes this worse is that if another delivery attempt is needed, I may have to pay another delivery fee even though the first team never properly tried to complete the job. Overall, this felt like a very unfair and poor delivery experience.
I had a contract with MTN which I cancelled and paid off the debt including the month instalment yet they still deducted and now I’m struggling to get my money back yet they said my query has been resolved with no further communication and when I reach out no one wants to assist it’s been over 2 weeks now of going back and forth with MTN and I keep reaching out but there is no proper feedback or what’s happening with my money and this an inconvenience and a bad way to treat customer
I bought a wine bottle "gluhwein" from woolworths the grove mall there was something wrong with the wine some kind of acid and I tasted the wine and I've been having a runny tummy ever since, I've alarted the store about this but I am disappointed with woolworths because they should check their products and make sure they are in good condition, because I'm now sick because of that I am disappointed
