SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTING
Iv left numerous requests to be called back. Iv used the WhatsApp chat bot. Iv went online..not 1 single callback . Very disappointed. Now I wonder when I die. How is my family going to get ahold of these people. If I can't even speak to them now in the living. All I wanted to do is have 2 enquires one of which being an add on. Not 1 person bothered to call me back.

NO CALLBACK , EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING
NO CONTACT ,NO COMMUNICATION, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. iv bee. Leaving my number. Talking to the chat bot. Even there WhatsApps contact, iv used. And still till now. Nobody has called me back extremely unprofessional

MTN WESTGATE!!! Unexeptable Service . Very disappointing
I took out a phone on Sunday and was told of a special offer to insure the phone what is only valid for 30 days from. Date of purchase. I am trying to call the Westgate store as I am interested in taking out the cover. The phone rings, gets picked up and dropped in my face numerous times. Highly unprofessional, extremely disappointed

STILL NO CALL BACK
I left a review here last in July for the exact same thing, "sir we will look into it for you" . again , using your email for assistance to recieved feedback on a matter. No response. just an automated mail. i left an enquiry to be called back yesterday. No response even today. i have to leave reviews on hellopeter for Clientele to actually just return my call.

Wonderful service from Nurse Applegrein
I would like to personal acknowledged Nurse Jo-Ann Applegrein for her spectacular service she gave me today. Absolutely please to have consulted with her today. Thank you medical society. @Delarey branch. They are open but no doctor on site. Which can be concerning however Nurse Applegrein came to my aid and assisted me. , 100/10 for her. Thanks guys

I am absolutely disappointed in Clientele legal. I have left numerous emails and messages on the app to be called back. I have never received 1 call. Till this day only automated messages. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This has nothing to do with money rather ethics. 4 months no response. Not even 1

Outstanding Provident Fund Payout from 2019
Absolutely disappointed in the service iv been receiving. Iv been waiting for the 2nd payout of my provident fund since 2019, I am still waiting, I am told it is due to "Covid". I am waiting for almost 2 years now. Nobody has called me or responded to my email as to when I will be paid out. I have been more than patient with some people being sent from pillar to post. Absolutely terrible service.
