Excellent Service
Excellent service received from the staff of Bradlows especially Meena Singh and the manager. The manager actually helped with the physical loading of the Gina Wardrobe on to the bakkie. Thank you guys

Advertise products but no delivery
Both Bradlows & Russels advertise a gina wardrobe. Going through the whole process of ordering online and in the end the say they don't deliver to certain areas. This is pathetic and a waste of our time. I am being generous with 1 star.

Mutton curry & rice
I purchased 2 mutton curry and rice on 5th May 2026. The curry was okay but the rice was sticky and soggy. Very disappointed. Didn't enjoy it.

Poor after sales service
They advertised fairy lights as warm lights. I received coloured lights. I went on to their WhatsApp query line to advise of the error. This does not work. I also went onto the other WhatsApp line. Was promised that they will come back to me. Two weeks gone. Still waiting. These guys are useless I will not buy from these guys again

Gluten free pizza ripoff
On 7th October 2022 I purchased Gluten free pizzas (2off). The base was thin as cardboard. This is a rip off. They take away 90% of the base away and still charge R18 each on top of the price. By the time I brought it home, it was dry and tasteless. My family was very disappointed. Eventually, I had to buy KFC. I did phone the owner. There is nothing he can do as it comes from the head office. I suppose these guys just accept whatever is shoved on them. This is pathetic.

Poor quality
Not sure what I paid for. The quality of the Pizza was very poor. Will go back to Rom ans.
