MiWay always delivers the most outstanding service, consultants are extremely professional. My requests to have policy reviews done every 6 months to 1 year are completed hassle free within minutes at their costs via the callback service. I have been a client with MiWay for over 6 years now and am extremely happy with their overall service! 5 Stars MiWay and thank you Regards

Never received such appalling service in all my life!!
I signed up with Car Tracker a year ago, a faulty tracking device was installed in my motor-vehicle which drained the battery within 4 months. A senior technician came to my home and asked me to sign documents to have the faulty device disconnected and made a promise to personally ensure that the faulty device gets de-installed and a new device gets re-installed. That was in May 2020. I called in to Car Tracker each and every month since then begging for service. I was promised to be sorted out but not one consultant fulfilled on their promise to this date. I Have not received any calls of apology from Car Tracker management as promised and yet have been honoring monthly premiums since the 3 year contract started which even escalated by 10%. I even drove in to the Car Tracker's office in September 2020 and called out the very same senior technician who again promised me that I would be sorted out by the following Monday but still haven't heard back from him. Today is the 31st of January 2021 and I still am driving around without any tracking device (even changed motor-vehicle since May 2020). Car Tracker Management I would like a refund for paying for a tracking device which I do not have since May 2020 and request then that you have the integrity to honor your side of the contractual agreement. Each day I drive my car hoping and praying that I do not get hijacked or that my car does not get stolen as I have no liability cover or peace of mind!!!!!
