I wish I could give this company a 0! Awful service from start to finish. Put a downpayment on a vehicle in order to reserve it in Silver Lakes. Went to the branch and started the test drive. The vehicle did not make it out of the building due to a clutch problem that wasn't reported on the Dekra. Salesman said we should go look around at other vehicles and that he would help us find something. He disappeared for an hour. Went to manager GLENN ANDRE (Beware of this manager!!!) who listened to my complaint and merely found the original sales agent to try to help us. He did not care that we had driven over an hour to his location. He did not care that the car was falsely advertised, and he did nothing to try to assist. He said, "These things happen." I said, then what are you going to do to take care of your customer?" He said, "what would you like me to do?" I said, "Help us find something equivalent, or offer to fix the clutch and sell the original car as it was advertised, or something." He said, "If we fix it, we would be losing money." He literally showed absolute disdain for the customer. Finally, he told us that he would refund the R5000 we put down on the car to reserve it. We waited for another hour, and then he told us everything was in order and that we should expect the transfer by 12 (it was already 1245), so then he said, “I mean 1, I mean 2.” It was quite clear he was lying and was just trying to get rid of us. As of this morning, we have not received the R5000, and this has been one of the worst car purchasing experiences I have ever had. I told manager Glenn, that I would be reporting this incident on Hello Peter, and I would use his name.
Awful service. Went in once and he listed off a dozen things wrong that needed fixed, but he refused to give me an itemized list so that I could get them fixed. Went for retest, and they had me sit and wait for them forever, and I was the only vehicle there. They play games, don’t seem to know cars very well, and if you complain they purposefully ignore you and don’t help. Will never go there again, and I’d warn anyone who is looking to go there to steer clear.
AWFUL! CHEATERS! THIEVES! I have never ever seen a company that lied more than Supersonic. There is no way to cancel my account because they close all tickets I open with them without talking to me. If I call them, it is not possible for them to transfer me to a cancellation department, and often they say it is not possible for them to transfer me to a manager. So they continue to charge me for a service they are not providing. I will end up having to cancel my card in order to end service with them. RIDICULOUS! I have left my phone number for them to return calls more than 5 times, and I have never heard back from them. I have had a dozen "tickets" placed to get my service checked, and they always close them without ever speaking to me, and they claim that everything is good on their end. I have never once had a Supersonic technician come and actually look. I would honestly not be surprised to discover that some idiot put together a website, organized a few people to answer phones, and then charged for a service that doesn't really exist. You have been forewarned. Do not sign up with Supersonic or you will certainly regret it. Hopefully the law catches up with them soon, because I'm sure there is someone who deserves to spend time in prison for this scam.
