I bought something from them and the only message O received from them is We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. and when I track my order : YunExpress is still in the Processing status. What the Hell? I need my refund
I requested a ride from Stirling yesterday after 4pm. The money R45.00 was debited from my account and the InDrive driver cancelled the ride. I'm asking for a refund.

Poor service and they don't deliver. They even delete your chat with them on WhatsApp. It's a disgrace to shoppers who knock their doors. My advise: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Unsatisfied customer - PC Link :(
I'm dissatisfied with their services. I bought a heat press machine early October this year and it hasn't been delivered yet. I have sent them a number of emails and still there is no respond. I called them and only received a voice message that I should only make inquiries through email. I have given them a written warning that I will launch a complain to the Consumer Complains if they continue to ignore my inquiry.
