Horrible people. Deal with them at your own risk
Horrible shopping experience, apparently these guys can’t return or exchange sales items, how cute! I ordered a shoe from them that turned out to be a size larger than what I normally wear possibly because it’s a large cut. Well, soon as the shoe was delivered, I fitted it only to find that it was a bit loose. So I reached out to them, filled up a form and asked to have this shoe exchanged for a smaller size. To my dismay, they wrote back the following morning telling me how they don’t exchange or do refunds on sales item. Like who does that? Is this even legal?0 replies

HORRIBLE SERVICE BY RUDE MEDIOCRE STAFF
The staff are rude and lack professionalism. The towels are forever dirty and, never cleaned and used from one customer to the next. The machines are not properly sterilised. The machines are often noisy and painful.0 replies
