Disappointed - Arthur Ford Gateway
Went to the gateway store and the shop was closed with a sign saying be back in 10. Waited over 15 minutes and no one had returned. Disappointed!!!!!0 replies

Not willing to help even though the product that was suggested by a constant at the store did not help
I bought a product from Beauty on Tap Gateway. When I went to the store one of the consultant came to be while I was looking at the products and asked me what I was looking for so I explained to her. She recommend a product and I used it for few days and it had darken my complexion. When I went back to the store they advised that can not help in anyway.. this is really disappointing as I buy products from this store and now that a product doesn't help your skin but makes it worse. No one is willing to assist.1 reply

Scam delivery service.
Most unreliable delivery services ever. I had ordered a product from Reliable and was given an order number and tracking number. When i track the number it says product as been delivered to client but i have received nothing. When i try to call and WhatsApp no response. They seem like a scam website. Tracking no: BUFZA***YQ0 replies
