I am trying to assist my mom in accessing her retirement annuity. She has Parkinsons and therefore no longer uses email or a phone, she also now lines in retirement home and she doesn't know her address by heart. Their compliance process is not designed to assist old people - they won't deal with me but expect her to have an advanced grip on technology so they can "verify" her. It's gotten to the point where I feel they are being intentionally obstructive and the longer they can hold her cash and make this process as difficult as possible for her, the better for them. Shocking service and in no way designed to accommodate their target audience for a retirement annuity (the aged).
I have sent you my Taroma for repair. The courier confirmed it was delivered to your office in Shelly Beach. But now you appear to be out of business - phones don't work, don't reply to emails, don't reply to online enquiries.
My aging mother has moved into a frail care center and thus needs to cancel her Supersonic fiber service. They are impossible to bet hold of. Have tried emailing, calling and their whatsapp. Very poor service and I bet if she was new customer trying to sign up they'd be all over her like a bad rash.
Pretend to represent Multichoice, **** you into taking a produce on a monthly payment, then sign you up for additional services without consent. Make it difficult/impossible to unsubscribe. *****sters/****mers!
The most ********* company I have ever dealt with. No invoices, no statements, they debit order your account for services you never requested. And try get hold of them to query or cancel - good luck! Positive reviews are clearly ****, all 5 stars, 1 review only and joined Hellopeter the same month as the review. There to offset the overwhelming number of 1 star reviews.
Scammers. I can't believe these guys are in business. I went through a painful process of cancelling my subscription. I only got somewhere after threatening legal action. Guess what, my account is still being billed despite them assuring me my subscription was cancelled.
