Closed deceased account letter
Can MBD respond to my issue. Since last year I've been asking for a letter from them to confirm that my late husband account was closed because he is deceased.0 replies

An a ccount closed because of a deceased customer is not a settled account. We do not have a letter to issue as the 3rd party that was collecting, please refer your query to the creditor

bad service ,no service but money taken
I paid them for a wig on the 23 August 2020 .I did not receive my order and they are no longer responding to messages.they blocked comments from their fb page and the whatsup is also not responded to0 replies
