We’ve had such a horrible experience at Game store (Greenstone Mall). My husband and I bought a JBL sound system at Dion wired some time last year, the sub woofer is no longer connecting to the sound bar. We took it to Game store (Greenstone Mall) since it took over Dion wired since lock down. We were told they can’t keep the system, they’ll contact us during the course of the week once they have retrieved the final purchase receipt as we lost ours, this was on the 1st of November. No one bothered to contact us, my husband decided to call them on the 5th to follow up on our enquiry, he was told they will call him back and let him know when to bring the system back in store for repairs, It’s been over a week now and no one has bothered to call us back. The sound system is still within it’s warranty of four years therefore I see no reason why we not getting any assistance, their service is really horrific I don’t see us purchasing anything else from their stores. This a whole situation is really frustrating.
