Refund and unprofessional pay point lady

Health worx Cresta and their head office are so unprofessional on the 10/04/2026 I visited their practice I called my medical aid before visiting them and my medical aid said they are paying 100%,after my consultation I checked with pay point and the lady said I need pay I asked her how come cos my medical aid paid for my consultation but she said no I need to pay cos the is amount that was due then I paid that amount . Following day I called my medical aid discovery and they confirmed my bill was settled. I sent all documents that they requested regarding my refund and they said to me I will get my refund within 72 hours till today no refund, head office lady she doesn't know what she's doing and the lady who was assisting me in Cresta branch she was so unprofessional. Head office lady since she said she will call me back till today I have to chase them for my refund which is not fair to me. Can I get my refund please Cresta branch and their head office.
