Booked my car in, at Southern Toyota on Monday the 18th May for repairs & a week later am still waiting for the quotation. If i can wait the whole week just for the quote, then i wonder how long it will take to repair.
I would give you -5 stars if it was possible. I claimed from these people on the 8th of October & i did not not hear anything from them for two weeks, until i complained & they asked for supporting documents which i send on the 28th of October, until now I am still waiting but the funny part is they never forget to debit my account even before month end. This is pathetic I will NEVER RECOMMEND anybody or anything to the unlimited.
I will not advice anyone to use The Unlimited never, I regret being their client for the past six years.
