Bad Service-I ordered 4 pieces of chicken through the drive through however I was told to park aside for 12 minutes due to the meat still being in the stove, I waited for more than 20 minutes and when I asked they just told me that the meat is still raw, No apology until I decided to get a refund after waiting for almost 40 minutes they just refunded without even showing any remorse. they have a very poor service the manager is worse.
I went to KFC bree street Johannesburg sunday the 27th of September to buy the sunday special they told me us not available then today again the 29th I ordered the Tuesday special online when I got to the store to collect I was told the special is not available since its month end,why was I allowed to order online if was not available and why make specials if we not allowed to buy those specials?
