I am deeply disappointed by the lack of service I experienced with my recent McDonald's order (order number 203-07/06/2024-720). Despite placing an online order, after more than an hour it was never delivered, prompting me to visit the restaurant myself. To exacerbate the situation, upon arrival, I was denied reimbur*****t for the delivery fee. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Furthermore, the unavailability of customer care (0860623623) aggravated the frustration, leaving me feeling utterly neglected as a patron. I urge McDonald's to address this issue promptly and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Why are you even a company??? My package is stuck for 2 months in your disfunctional warehouse. I want to appoint a private company to drop my stuff off...How?
