I believe Danone owns Aptamil, which is a baby formula. AptaJunior has been out of the shelves for at least 2 months. There has not been adequate communication on this shortage and way forward for parents. We still do not know when the formula will be back on the shelves. The handling of this situation has been atrocious from your side to say the least. Really disappointing What is the real issue?
Never in my life have I experienced such pathetic after sales service before. Metro Fibre provides fibre lines in my area, and I decided to use them as my ISP. BBBIIIIIIGGGG MISTAKE. The technician come to install the new router on the 4th of March around 17:00 and it works fine. By Friday morning on the 7th, the line stops working and I call them to log an issue(636819). I just got the biggest run around I've experienced before. People asking me restart the router, reset the router, send photos of the connections, and this process is repeated I do not know how many over a period of 4 days. On the 3rd day, 9th of March, I told the issue has been escalated to NOC departed and they update me in 24 hours. 24 hours arrives, no update. I have to call them again throughout the day until they told me the matter has been escalated to NOC Supervisors for a router swap approval. Tuesday the 11th of March, no approval insight. I have been their customer for 7 days and I have only had internet for 2 of those 7 days. Now they are no longer taking my calls. I am thinking of suing them for loss of potential income because I work from home and I need internet to be able to work DO NOT USE METRO FIBRE AS YOUR ISP, unless you do not mind waiting weeks and just to get help.
