Poor customer service and uncomfortable leaving areas.
Homii London in Marshal Town is a mess. There's ****roaches in the building. Their key cards work two days, then you will suffer to open your door. I am really disappointed. Some of the stuff members are rude, 0% customer services especially by the reception.0 replies
