Daylight robbery

I'm sending you this mail with a heavy heart and utter disappointment. When I spoke to you the last time, you told me that my mom has policies of R1000.00, R5000.00 and 1 that has lapsed. We have 3 paid up letters from Goodall & Bourne stating the all 3 policies is paid up but you guys only paid R3000.00 into my account yesterday. I would like to know what is happening or hows giving me the run around.
