WEBAFRICA STEALS MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON
I am not even a client of Webafrica, yet they debit my account with R2995 at the end of the month, nightmare to get back, DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR BANKING DETAILS

Platinum Life STEALS your money
About 2 months ago, one of Platinum Lifes very aggressive telemarketers called me while at work, a few times actually about someone who gave up my number so that I could receive a gift. Ofcourse I am quite sure this gift is non existant as I till today have not reveived anything. Better than that, I unequivically explained to this person that I could not afford any policy with platinum life what so ever as this would literally be taking food out of my mouth. Even though I told the salesperson that I was not interested, Platinum Life is now STEALING money out of my account every month. Platinum Life, I want my money back, and I want the person who signed me up for this policy that is currently FRAUDULANTLY costing me money to be punished. Hope to hear from you soon

Glacial slow service regarding new contract applications.
On 3 September 2020 I submitted my documents via email to [email protected] in order to apply for a cellphone contract. On 6 September I was emailed and notified that the application with a reference number 26411764 was approved. I immediately wrote back and asked for assistance on how to proceed. It is now 12 September 2020 and I have still not heard anything from Vodacom. This is not only very frustrating, but also very concerning.
