Great Party Venue for small kids and busy moms
Had my daughter's 2nd birthday party there. the party planning service is very good. The kids all enjoyed the animals and playground. A few of the bikes and jungle gym equipment need repair and perhaps we could have been given slightly more attention incase we had further needs but over a fantastic service for the price.

Very happy with the service I received, their online portal made selecting a candidate easy. The candidates all exceeded my expectations. The person I was communicating with seemed to have a lot on their plate and could have perhaps been more attentive to my needs, but overall a happy customer was worth the additional costs involved.

Good workmanship from Witpoortjie branch
Very happy with the service I received from the Witpoortjie branch. They sourced the flooring I wanted. Although having miscalculated the amount of materials they needed their installation and workmanship were very neat and efficient.

Good Quality Product
Very happy the plastic was of good quality, and the delivery was rapid. The magnets were strong enough to build reasonable-height structures. Pity that they don't keep much stock as some items were not available for purchase. The tiles were compatible with Imagimags whose plastic isn't as great but perhaps have slightly stronger magnets.

Very satified customer, makes making a photobook easy
Very happy my photobooks arrived within 24 working hours, the quality was good. The online system was very easy to use and upload images to from various platforms. I called to ask a question and the staff were helpful.

Not the quality I was expecting for the money I paid
Purchased the Marble Run kit the plastic is very brittle and scratches and tarnishes easily as compared with the one from Magnetex. The size and magnets are compatible with the Magnetex pieces. The IMAGIMAGS magnets might be slightly stronger but the plastic is very fragile for the price. It makes playing with the plastic less fun as one is always very cautious that you might break it. The marble run is also not easy for kids to assemble maybe more designed for adults.

Professional Service
Very rapid assembly. Two-day lead time. The administrator was very helpful although their office is very unresponsive best to call in. Invoices and quotations take a long to reach you but the product is good. The construction team was fast neat and efficient. Lovely worker and overall the product met my expectations. Perhaps they could have used more supporting bricks and a slightly thicker roofing sheet. Good value for money and definitely a quick fix to storage and accommodation issues.
