Can never get an answer from them, always need to transfer from one agent to another. pathetic
I got my policy cancelled end of July, however the debit orders still went off. I queried the issue and was told the refund will take 7-14 days. It’s been a month and still nothing. My emails are being ignored and getting no response now when querying my refund.
I order via Uber eats JHB on the 26/06/2020. the packaging was damaged that it ruined my meal that I ordered. I returned the meal with the driver and reported this on the app, I reported this again on the same day and again a week later. its been now 2 weeks and still have heard anything from them.
