I purchased goods on the 4th of April 2026, which I believed to be **** alcohol. Graciously, Zulzi offered me confirmation from their supplier that all is well. However, since I was not satisfied with their responses, I honestly told them that I will be taking the liquids for testing, which I'm still awaiting the results thereof, after paying a good amount to M&L Laboratories. Upon mentioning my test, they also said they'd like to receive the bottle and send it for testing themselves... A reminder that this is a bottle I paid for, but because we wanted to get to the bottle of why the bottle was making me sick, I gave them half the bottle. They promised to call me, no calls, they've instead sent me a snarky email saying they've been trying to get hold of me, surprise, you have my cell and email address. . . I mailed them to ask, only for the lady to call me at 22:15 or something like that and I asked how is this appropriate, she said she'll call me back since the 24th and I am waiting stil...
I have submitted a claim 882903 since early December 2024 for repairs of my vehicle. I follow-up on a regular and they keep saying that they have not received the documents, which I keep resending, they never confirm receipt. When I asked today why they don't follow-up either via email or call when they don't receive information, I was told they prioritize inbound calls and the onus is on the customer to follow-up. Till to date, I still don't know if my claim has been approved, they keep requesting different information, they are stuck in their processes and clearly don't care!
I placed an order on the PnP App on the 25th of Nov at 15:00, only for them to change the delivery time to the following day at 09:00. The following day at around 09:00 I get an app notification that my order has been cancelled, no courtesy to call me or anything in that regard or even the reason why it was cancelled. Mind you I was buying weekend food for my kids. i then proceed to do a refund request on their "wallet", and when I call the contact centre on the 30th, they inform me that I have to wait up until 10 business days. What I find disturbing is that PnP has rejected me as a customer but yet they are willing to hold my money for 10 business days, which they earn interest on. Furthermore, the contact centre says they cant do anything, spoke to their consultant and said I will log a complaint on HelloPeter and her response was that I must have a lovely day further - the nerve
On the 21st of June I purchased 2 products online with Game, the online store indicated that the products are in store and delivery will take 7-10 working days. The folowing day I received an email to state that my products have been dispatched. On the 30th, I called to follow-up on the order and the lady stated that it is still within the 7-10 working day, thus I should expect them by the end of the week - that was fine with me. As a result of this, I sold my existing fridge and washign machien with the understanding that I will receive new ones by the end of the week. NO PRODUCTS arrived by the end of the week. On Monday the 6th I called the call centre to follow-up, the initial lady I spoke to in the morning, kept me on hold for 25mins and returned to say she cannot get hold of the warehouse and will call me later, which she didnt. Later that afternoon I called to follow-up, the gent I spoke to admitted that the status is strange given how old the order is, he offered to call the warehouse and revert to me, unfortunately the line got cut off. I called again, spoke to Thandiwe Ntlauzana who now refers to a a 10-14 working days SLA - which is incorrect because this delay was only announce on the 24th of June due to Game's birthday celebration. After her numerous apology and not offering a solution, she then offered to follow-up with the warehouse. She subsequently called me back on the 8th only to inform me that they are out of stock and dont knwo when they will get stock. I am not almost a week with a fridge, my food has rotten and have to buy take outs daily as a result of Game's inefficiency and incompetence.
